There is high demand for labourers all over the world. The labourers get substantially good wages as well. Still the shortage is very high, because many youths do not want to join the labour force. The basic reason for this dislike is the absence of clear pathways to prosper further.
The above problem can be solved to a greater extent by implementing appropriate skill training or community college programmes that assess and count work experience for vertical mobility in the academic ladder along with opportunity for further studies during out of work hours. These kinds of systems shall open up amazing opportunities before the existing young workforce and which in turn will encourage other youths to have realistic plans to find out a livelihood first and prosper with the support of it.
