Like in the case of consumerism, ever increasing speed at which people do various things is one of the identities of modern life. Entire prosperity of the modern world is being attributed to its speed. But in reality, we cannot count speed as a good thing always. Speed should match with the necessity. Unnecessary speed is an evil thing that destroys a calm and pleasant life. Necessity for speed is relative to time and space. Knowing this relativity in a natural way is a challenging as well as crucial thing in modern life.

Practice it and make it a habit. Then the nature will make it sustainable by triggering necessary genetic engineering!
