How to lead a calm and pleasant life? Cardinal rule – EIGHTEEN

We have already seen that for a calm and pleasant life one has to lead a simple life. In the modern society, the major enemy to simplicity is widespread consumerism. As in the case of food habits, man loses the ability to recognize the essential and nonessential things in life. Nowadays people seldom make sensible priorities while they purchase things. This kind of blind consumerism is the real evil that destroys calm and pleasant life in all modern societies. It is very much visible in every walk of life; from individual to national lives. Therefore keeping oneself away from blind consumerism is quite essential to lead a clam and pleasant life.

Practice it and make it a habit. Then the nature will make it sustainable by triggering necessary genetic engineering!
