What is simplicity? People may say it is relative to time and place. But there is one definition that remains unchanged. Simplicity is living with minimum requirements for a healthy life. In modern life there are things that build up as well as destroy a healthy life. The person who succeeds in right identification of both these categories of things and able to give up all that destroy a healthy life is a really a calm and pleasant man. Anyone who wants to practice it should start from identification of the right food that body requires. Man almost lost this inborn trait. Now the easiest way to learn it again would be to observe the food habits of wild animals.
